Finicky Fooler Tip-Up

The Finicky Fooler is a tip-up that is made to be used with your favorite rod and reel combination.  It offers varying degrees of resistance settings, allowing the user to target multiple fish species with one simple device.  The Fooler is made for open bail fishing, which allows the fish to free spool the line.  The user is then able to set the hook and fight the fish using their rod and reel.
